Has anyone got a call from "Capital" regarding sandspoint Capital

Hi, I got a call from a company called "capital" they are supossenly a law firm in az for sands point capital. 888-530-7840. They are saying I'm writing out bad checks from my pay day loan back from july. That I owe them 535.00 dollars and that I can pay with a credit card or ck or savings account or pre-paid card. I'm not giving them money just checking to see if anyone has got a call from them. The know some of my information but they can't send me anything to prove what I have to pay........ help


well never admit to anything.especially a voice on the phone,and an illegal voice to boot.let me explain.first sandpoint is not legal in any state therefore you only owe the principle,and any fees debited get deducted.secondly since sandpoint is an internet pdl you didn't write a check,and an ACH is not the same thing.yes others including me have dealt with them,and filing a police report,and AG and FTC complaints should do the trick.glad you are not swayed by this but thought in case others saw this they need the skinny.

thank you for your input. The promblem is that my account was closed by my bank a while back so if they are trying to take money out they can't. Should I call them or not worry. I have a feeling it is a collection agency calling me for them and they are trying to scare me but they can't even provide me proof. !
