Re-created assets on checking account

Pressler and Pressler got and order to levy my checking account on 1/19/2011. That same afternoon I deposited $670.00 into my checking account, and $570.00 of that was paid out to my girlfriends daughter's Smart Tuition account on 1/20/2011. The bank re-credit the
$570.00, after the fact , creating new assets of $570.00 and charged me a $40.00 late charge. Is that legal!!!!!!
