:p:-Pi have been paying 50 a month if i dont they have a lean on my 1996 nissan and say theyl take it the credit card was under my wifs name she passedin2001 they wont give me proof

If the debt is solely in the name of your wife and if your wife
If the debt is solely in the name of your wife and if your wife is deceased, then the creditor won't be able to come after you in order to recover their dues. However, if you and your deceased wife owned any joint property, then the creditor can come after it and may also place a lien on it.
