help with the calling

it is a scam from india. get a call back number and report them imediatly. We had one call us and threaten us. They told us we were being sued , and if we didn't comply there would send a detective to our home. We called the company that we actualy took the loan out with, and they told us it was a scam. They said it is a huge problem right now. So be careful who you give your information to. Good Luck

IC3.gov which is reporting for internet crime and also your local FBI office. Give them the phone number these people call from. Its a scam they call work,home,cell etc but you can stop them. Its all over the USA and all the gov
agencies are aware of them and they will try and help you but do report them.

Would you by chance have the name of the company and/or the telephone numbers? It's possible that others who post here have dealt with the same company. Don't admit to owing any money or provide any more information over the telephone; if they call again, tell them to send you something in writing. I wouldn't give a dime to someone solely on the basis of a phone call.

What do you mean you gave them information? What type of information did you give out?
