I don't know how to start...Can I just give someone my info, and they figure out how much money I owe? Because i don't even know. I don't know who I owe, or what I owe, I just know that it's quite a bit.

Somebody? You need to clarify. Are you speaking of a collection agency? The golden rule to follow (IMO) is NEVER admit to owing a debt to a voice on the phone, and further more, NEVER give your SS# or bank account info to a voice on the phone.
