1)how much was debited before default.
you see being in FL this loan is not only illegal, but non-enforceeable,and non-collectable.we do advocate paying what was borrowed as that is all you owe.example:
you borrowed 500.00.they have debited three times for 150.00 you only owe 50.00.you anything debited in fees gets deducted from the 500.00.try to find that info and go to the sticky titled DEALING WITH ILLEGAL LENDERS.it will give the info needed to get this place out of your life, and pay no more than you have to.
.
well since it looks like non of these are legal i wouldn't worry

Your wages can only be garnished if a judgment is obtained again
Your wages can only be garnished if a judgment is obtained against you. This can only happen in a court of law. What you're likely referring to is a "voluntary wage assignment." As the name implies, these are VOLUNTARY and can be revoked at any time. To protect your paycheck, simply send an email or letter to your payday lender stating you revoke any wage assignment you may have signed. Give a copy of this to your HR/Payroll department. What state are you in? Are your loans legal? Are they internet loans?

Hi!
Welcome to the forums!
Your lenders/creditors can garnish your wages only when they have secured judgment order from the court and it is legal in your state. Otherwise, they can't garnish your wages.

What you probably signed is a voluntary wage assignment. Unless you revoke it, they can attach your wages. All you need to do is send an email to your lenders stating that you revoke any wage assignment you may have signed and then also give a copy to your payroll/HR department at work. If they try to attach your wages after that, your employer shouldn't allow it. My concern, though, is that some of the lenders you mentioned are illegal lenders. Have you protected your account? Have you filed complaints? Have you already paid off the principal and now they're coming after you for more? Can you share a little more info with us?
