I had a VERY BAD experience with J.D. Enterprises. Last week I CONTACTED THEM to try to settle my debt they have from a sprint bill from 2003. I paid them $260.50 and told them I would contact them the next week to see if we could work something out for the rest of my balance. I DID call them back on the day I said I would. I asked if we could work out a payment plan or something and I was told that if I did not pay the remaining balance of $445 by 3:00pm that day that I would be sued I tried every possible thing I could think of to come up with the money but could not. When I called him back to tell him he screamed at me that "this is not customer service" and that " I would be sorry" and "that he owns me and my debt" then he hung up on me. I had specifically told him that he did not have permission to run my card again but to my surprise he did for the $445. My account is over drawn and now I have a huge financial mess to try to clean up. I understand 100% that we need to pay our debts and that's what I tried to do. I CONTACTED THEM and I do not think that it's right for him to continue to treat people the way they do and I know it's against the law to run my card without permission. I'm going to 3 tv to have this investigated and I'm also looking for a pro bono attourney.
