I really doubt if Chase will close your account since it's in the negative, have you taken in your ACH revocation and shown it to the branch manager? If you revoked the ACH's before those fees were placed on your account there is a chance they might remove those fees, but you'll need to take the proof in and show it to the branch manager, no one else will do, it will need to be the branch manager.
