2010 1099c

Hi, I settled my HELOC with chase in December of 2010 for less than what i owe. I owed them 150k and paid them back 49k. They mentioned during settlement that i would be receiving a 1099c for the remainder of the balance. Up to now i haven't received a copy of my 1099c. Should i be calling them? Isn't there a deadline on when i should be receiving a copy?

If you dont mind, can you tell me how you where able to settle on your heloc? where you over borrowed? Howlong did you miss payments. How much was on first or was there one....Did you have equity?
