loan scams/ threatning to take me to court

me and my gf just got a phone call today early in the morning. about how we had to go to court this week and that there will be a warrant for our arrest. after tlaking for an hour i started to get mad since i never got a lone my credit is so bad no one in there right mind would give me one. so after i started to ask questions they started to stumble on the words then told me they would use the recording in court. after i tlaked to the supervioser he would give me time to send at least 100 out of 750dollers for a 300 dollar loan. after i started to ask question he hung up the phone one me 3 times and then when i canclled my card he called back intresting enough i called them to ask if the transcaction went thru ok they never picked up until i canceled. is there any truth to me getting a letter to court and being arrested,


whoever called you is a bottomfeeder.first off you can't be arrested for owing a debt.secondly nobody gets sued over the phone.check your court clerk's website to confirm no case is pendng as there won't be.next do these three things.

1)file a police report for the threat(plus it will also confirm you won't be arrested).
2)use whatever number,or name of said bottomfeeder to file AG,AND FTC complaints against this lawbreaking bottomfeeder.
3)do not talk to them further.they are a bottomfeeding scam that should be reported then ignored.it's not worth your time to argue with what is a scammer.

do that and you will be fine.
