i have a number calling saying there is a lawsuit out against me. it cannot be true becuase they say i owe 500.00 some dollars from a a payday loan. I have not received these funds. Their number is 559-339-0358. guy claims he is steve smith or clark or whatever he feels like at that moment i guess. He seems to know a lot about me. like friends work, bank account name. etc.I am worried what should I do to protect myself?
