Tax Off Set - Is there a percentage they take of your taxes

I defaulted on student loans and have a tax off set against my taxes. I have 3 tax offsets with 3 different agencies. Do the companies take a percentage of tghe refund or am I left with nothing?
No percentage...if you owe more than you getting back, then you
No percentage...if you owe more than you getting back, then you get nothing. Whoever filed first gets first crack.
If you have a balance left, you really need to be looking at consolidating your defaults with the Direct Loan Consolidation Loan program.
