a couple of questions.
1)you say the've come to your house.i'm guessing a storefront pdl right?
2)what state are you in?
they must get a court order to garnish, therefore they are refering to a wage assignment.that is what you most likely signed, but even one with a signature can be revoked.as for the home visits.you can simply tell them to leave.if they don't then you can get the police involved.they are not permitted to constantly be coming to your house.please answer those two questions and we can help further.

A woman who works at the location came to my home 3 times while I was home, banged on the door, I was sleeping at the time, I did not answer the door that time she screamed she could hear my TV and knew I was home, I just waited for her to go away. But she returned again and again I answered door 2nt time and told her I didn't have the money. but now since i just don't answer the door and shut off all phone ringers, and pretty much hide out all day long in my room, she leaves flyers on the door.
I am in Kansas. Hope this answers the questions and thank you thus far:)
