bbb response 1st irs

I had filed a compliant with bbb in regard to ist irs collecting for vince enterprises today I received a response I can't copy and paste it, but what it says in the final line is
"however, this account has been placed in a cancellation status and is no longer in our office"
Does this mean that I done with them.

Is it possible that this account would be sent to another collec
Is it possible that this account would be sent to another collection agency and I will have to start the whole process over again? Or is it that if they consider it finished it is finished? I just want to be done with these, you know what I mean.
