Bank Garnishment Question Again

My bank account is currently in both mine and my husbands name. The bank garnishment is in my name only. Can my husband open an account in his name only with the same bank? What are the chances of them doing this?

I would suggest he do it at a separate bank. They can only garnish one account at a time, but to be safe, as most bill collectors are bottom feeders, you just never know. Are they going to garnish your wages or your account. What state are you in,
