Phone calls from 888-207-0318

I have received several calls from 888-207-0318 saying that I have a limited time to call them before being served at my place of work and home. Yesterday they called my ex husbands house (never had that phone number with him) and my parents. Scared my mom to death, they told her I had 30 minutes to call and ask for relief order form 115. I read on 800 notes that someone called them and they asked for case # and the people hung on them. I did call the # from a payphone down the street and it said thanks for calling Capital, a lady answered and hung up. I of course would never give any information out but would like to know what this means. Anyone have ideas?

If you dont have any bad debts, old loans, or bad checks, I wouldnt worry. Bunch of scammers, preying on hard economic times, hoping someone will pay them money they DONT OWE! Report the number to your State Attorney General and the FTC

I do have some outstanding internet payday loans. None of them were store front. I live in NC so payday loans are illegal. Not real sure what I should do at this point. Any suggestions?????
