I have been called twice on my cell phone the first time I asked Ron Peterson, (if that's his real name), to make a note in their records that he was calling a cell phone and by Federal Law this is illegal. After reading the post I guess I will call the Texas state Attorney Generals office.

Who's calling you? Did you supply your original creditor with your cell phone number? If so, they aren't doing anything wrong.
