How do you get them to stop calling? They are calling my work place non-stop and it goes through the office. It's becoming a real problem.

What State are you in and what is the name of the payday lender? Next time they call you can tell that they are not to call you at work and that you are filing a complaint with the FTC the next time they do call you. You might want to tell your office that you have been the victim of identity theft and if they should receive any phone calls, just hang up on them.

I received a payday loan with SSM, i located in NC..and I did receive a couple of emails yesterday and today I received a call from a 661 347 6405 number..but they left a message stating it was the Federal Attorneys Office, but when I looked the number up, it was located in CA. Are these ppl for real, and what do I need to tell them the next time they called. I was going to answer my phone and say this is Officer such and such and see what they would do. If anyone has any answers.. email me at
Thanks
