Good news eastside lenders

I file a BBB complaint against Eastside Lenders. The first complaint they said they would settle for me paying the principal balance; even though I had already paid it. I responded that it was not acceptable and that I had told them they called me at work and they did anyway. I overpaid paid by $200 and requested the money. I got a response from Eastside via BBB that they would not pursue anyfurther collection and they would cancel the loan! About 5 more to go two down so far!

Thanks! Now I need to continue and report the others to the BBB. I asked a collection agency for a debt verfification letter and have heard nothing. It was ARM in Florida. I feel I might have a good chance with this one since I reside in Florida and the lenger is illegal in Florida and the collection agancy is in Florida. SO they will have a tough time disputing the BBB, AG and FTC. But you never know.

I basically said they company is not legal in florida. They are not licensed, they rollover and charge higher than legal rates. That I paid back more than the principle balance. I stated the amount paid over principle. I also stated I sent I asked them not to call me at work and they did. I think the reason I got results was because they are licensed in a state Delaware. I got the same result with GECC who is also licensed in Delaware.

For Oklahoma AMERILOAN and 500 Fast CAsh there response was that I sent a letter from the interent that was mis leading and untrue and they would not respond. I disputed and they sent the same thing again. I send a letter directly to the person at the BBB and did not get a response from them. I have also reported them to the FTC and AG of Florida. I think I will report them to the AG in Oklahoma now. I have reported others to the AG in Florida and have not recoeved a response from them
