****HELP***Process server???

I received a voicemail on my work phone from a lady named Karen White saying I had a fraudelent check that was about to go to court and if I didn't call her back and request a Form 115 they would be to my house and work to serve me. Later that day they called my mom and said if I don't call back in 30 minutes they couldn't help me. I attempted to call them from a pay phone on the other side of town where I was, a lady answered wanted a case # didn't have it, they hung up on me.
Today, I just received another call saying the process server just left my house to serve me and are now heading to my place of employement. If I don't call them back they will not be able to assist.
Now, all I have are some outstanding inernet payday loan that are illegal in the state of NC.
Should I be extremely worried? I have yet to receive any documents in the mail. When I call the message says "thanks for calling capital" the number the lady left was 888-206-0668.
Has anyone heard of them before? How should I proceed???

Ask them to not harass you by threatening to sue you or else you may take legal actions against them. However, if you've taken out a payday loan from them, then you should pay off the principal balance to them. You won't be liable for paying off any late fees or charges.
