Hi, has anyone here heard of Fox Enterprises payday loans?
the man Tom was nice enough but insists he will charge me the full amount and states the 270 dollars in "fees" I have already paid don't count.
I am about to send him the letter about the payday loan being illegal in Massachusetts.
any suggestion/advice about this company?

How much was your loan to begin with? You stated you have already paid $270, right? Since they are illegal in your State, then you are only morally obligated to pay back the principal balance. For example, if you borrowed $300 and have already paid back $270, then you only owe them $30. Is your bank account secured so that they cannot withdrawal any more money? If not, close your account immediately. Then there are sample letters on this forum that you can send to an illegal lender. After your bank account is secured, send them a letter.

Hey Lizzies, anyone being harassed by Fox Enterprises will be glad to know that I sent them the letter about paydays not being legal in my state etc. and I got a reply from them telling me my loan was paid in full.
they are in the west Indies
I am so glad I found this forum!!!
Now to get rid of the others!!!
