Service down for at least a week

Dear sirs...i have been trying to check my service for a full week and the service is still down.....my email is ....deleted....home phone is deleted..as with all situations in kind, i will be expecting that my credit card will be pro-rated, thereby i w/not be paying for the time i did not have the use of the service..plz respond...thanks, terry armer ells
