beginning recourse?

we have just completed our chapter 13 discharge, and only days after, find 5 of 10 years income tax were not included with our plan. the IRS now wants to collect an exaggerated payment, plus exorbitant interest, which we do not have! any beginning recourse of action will be comforting.
You will have to talk with them....they are usually pretty easy
