how can i pay my bill on line?

What type of bills do you want to pay? Your creditor may be having his/her own website which will have the option of online payments. You can contact the customer service department of your creditor and they will guide you in paying off the bills online.

There are 2 types of online bill payment services:
1)Banks - This service allows you to send money from your bank account to anyone you want to. You can log on to your bank website to know the correct proceedure to do it. Apart from that, I think you have to set up a new payee and enter the name and contact details of the company at the online bill payment section of the website. When you want to make some payments to that company online, you'll just need to enter the bill amount. The money will be transferred (from your account) to that company electronically.

2) Service providers- The service providers such as mortgage company, phone company, etc. You'll have to contact the bill payments department to set up the online payment system. You'll need to sign some documents to set up this system.
