Now this has been going on for about a year now. I have never committed fraud and I wish this people would stop yelling and screaming through my phone. When I ask them what this is about, they stutter and put me on hold. You should have your business together when calling me. Why do they harrass good hard working people? What is their aim? What really makes it bad is that they are not the only companty like this. I had another one last week that called my phone over 5 times within 2 and a half minutes. The guy was a foreign and just screaming through the phone "liar liar" . My co-worker ended up taking the cell phone and told the guy off and he ended up apologizing for his behavior and vowed never to call back. Who do I report these people to. Also when the call, it seems to be from some call center where you here millions of people talking in the background

You can file a complaint against them to the BBB and at your State Attorney General's office. They will take required actions against such companies.
You can also register a complaint with FTC against the companies
You can also register a complaint with FTC against the companies. Whenever you receive such kind of calls from the companies, record the conversations in a tape. You can use this as evidence should the matter goes to the court.
