I took out a loan back in August of 2010 of $510 due to a personal emergency. I paid the first payback of $185.66. Then my situation got worse, and I just couldn't pay it back. I believe it's my moral obligation to pay what I borrowed. However, a collections agency, Professional Debt Mediation, is harassing me at work saying I owe $834.34 or they will garnish my wages. I do not have the any funds at this time, much less if they garnish my wages. If I revoke the wage garnishments do I send it to PDM or to My Cash Now?
Any help and advice will greatly be appreciated.

Just wanted to express my gratitude for the info you and this website provided. I received a letter releasing me from all the fees except for the remaining balance of the original loan which I'm more than happy to pay. :)
