CBE called and called despite I already told them I do not own them any debt, and the person they are calling isnt living here at all. What can I do to stop them to call again? Is there an address I can write to? I am ready to take legal action.

You should tell them right away that you'll report the matter to your State's Attorney General if they contact you again. The are violating FDCPA laws. You can also send a cease and desist letter them.
