Do you know where I can find a letter to send to the credit card companies so that I can negotiate credit card debt on behalf of a family member?
the thing is you need a power of attorney that said family membe
the thing is you need a power of attorney that said family member signs.without that unless you are an actual attorney the credit card companies aren't obligated to talk to anyone else but the person the card belongs to.get that letter and you can negotiate.
