[FONT=Arial][SIZE=3]I have several internet payday loans currently and a few that I paid off with a lot of interest and I have a few questions.

Here are the companies I've used:

500fastcash (paid in full with maximum interest) Borrowed $150

United Cash Loans (still paying off) Borrowed $250

Cash Cure (paid in full with some interest) Borrowed $400

FloBridge (paid in full with some interest) Borrowed $500

Paradise Cash Advance (still paying with interest) Borrowed $250

Advance Me Today (paid in full with a lot of interest) and recently took out a bigger loan with them. First borrowed $500 (paid in full with a lot of interest) Recently borrowed another $700 but haven't made my first interest payment yet, but it will be $168.

I barely learned a little of the laws in CA and learned that if they aren't licensed here that I am not liable to pay any interest to them (I think). So I was wondering if anyone knows which of those companies (if any) are licensed in CA and if there was a way to get back all the interest I paid them? Please help me. :(

I can find out all the money I paid them all by looking through my bank statements but I will have to find them first.

NONE of the lenders you have listed above are licensed to lend in your state, you can check for yourself at the link below:

Sorry for the second post, but is it possible to get refunded the interest on the loans I paid in full? I can't threaten to withhold payment because I owe them nothing so will this work for that? Also I just wanted to make sure I can't get into any trouble for sending them that letter. For the ones that I still owe money to can I tell them to send me the difference between what I've paid in interest and what I owe? Would that be a good idea? Please help.

Also I have several storefront loans around my city but now know that I shouldn't even be able to. I'm afraid that if I mentioned that to one of the local loans that they might force me to pay the loan off and not let me take it again (which is what I've had to do to have any money). Is there anything I can do about that? I'm in a bad place financially right now and need help.

Quite honestly, I wouldn't worry about the illegal lenders right now, in the first place all you would owe them is the amount you borrowed, less any payments you have already made to them, they (the illegal online lenders) can't sue you or take any legal action against you. Please read the link I gave you above concerning illegal lenders.

As far as the store front lenders, those are the ones you want to knock down right now, do you know if any of them are members of the CFSA (Community Financial Services Association of America)? You can check at the link below, however, just because they aren't listed doesn't mean they aren't members:
http://www.cfsa.net/MemberList.aspx

If they are members, it means you are eligible for an EPP, click on the link below to read about it:

Okay but I still want to see about getting refunded the interest on the internet loans. With the money they would owe me from interest I really only owe one of them ~$95. Which I hope to send through the mail by check after they give me an address. The one I took another loan from recently (before I found this illegal info) was for $700 but on the previous loan from them I paid $707 in interest. So I'm hoping to receive a PIF notice (at least) on the new loan and maybe the refund of $7 but mostly just the PIF notice. How would I receive a refund though if I close my account?
