Illegal Debits by Payday lenders

I am not talking about defaulting on loans or some illegal reaccuring charge that you agreed to without knowing it.
For example: You tookout a payday loan for $300 and they debited you account for $360 on your following payday. Has anyone then had further deductions from this company on subsequent paydays even though the loan was paid in full?
If so then what company was it?

Are you saying they withdrew the money twice? It seems like they may have taken the interest charge out too. I think there are some other posts on here about recurring debits and/or taken too much money out. I know Cashnet and Sonic have done it to other people.
No
No because I changed accounts after settling with Sonic.
I was wondering if anyone had actually paid a loan and they took out more than agreed or hit their account in the future even though the loan was paid.
In other words are there any Payday loan co's making illegal debits?

I know Sonic has caused these kinds of problems for other people on the forums. They tried to hit my closed checking account a few times. They have since removed those fees so that's fine.

Well, I got a call today at work from a third party collection agency regarding a payday lender on my debt consolidation program. The lender has agreed to the proposal amount and first payment has been sent. I told the CA this and gave them the contact information for my debt consolidation company. They were nice and not rude. They said they would contact the dc company and go from there. What irked me was the balance they said I owed. It was $400 more than my original loan amount. I sent an e-mail to the orginal lender asking why the difference when I got home from work. I will also be send a letter seeking an itemized statement tomorrow by certified mail. I did further research to find out they are not licensed in my state. I can understand NSF fees but this way overboard, especially after they agreed to debt consolidation. I'm not going to let this company rip me off, that's for dang sure. I have other follow ups to do this week as well. It makes me more determined to get this loan sharks shut down for good.

I did send off the certified letter today on my lunch hour to the payday loan company I was talking about last night. Also, I received an e-mail from them today. It seems they are trying to charge me with continous roll over fees. I wrote them back stating I sent them a certified letter and I will forward this information to the appropriate agencies. LOL! They ususally get a little nervous or curious after this type of e-mail. But on the good news side, I completely paid off one payday lender today. :D
