has anyone out there ever heard of pdlr group or have their address, a ms. felix called me at work and told me she had a wage assignment from some payday loan company that i've never heard of and was going to garnish my paycheck 25%, can they legally do this with a phone call, i'm so upset, what can i do, the phone number given me was 877-269-0088, i would appreciate any help, thanks
Wage asssignments are voluntary....you can revoke it at any time

after a quick google search just bought up a bunch of posts like yours(800notes)i can safely say this a bottomfeeding scam that gets peoples info from pdl's or even applying for pdl's.do as SOAPLADY advised with the WAGE ASSIGNMENT REVOCATION letter,but just give to your payroll,or HR person.then ignore this woman as again a scammer.
