  • Do I contact the PDL that is a CSO in Texas to work out a payment arrangment BEFORE I close my account?
  • How do I find out what DBA a PDL is under? I really want to make sure that I cover ALL my bases before closing my account.
  • And do I send emails AND certified letters for the cease and desist? How do I make sure that the contact information is valid and correct?

  • Close your account first or they may try to take the whole amount at once.
It does not matter what there DBA is if you close your account. They will contact you.
Certified return receipt letters are all you need. They will ignore emails. They may even refuse to sign for the letter even if the contact info is correct.
