:confused:i took out a payday loan with payday loan yes last week and its not due til march 3. i had a person claiming to be an officer saying he worked for finance depart. I had three charges of fraud for not paying back my loan to company called cashnet. how do i get out of thisb

You need to first check out whether or not payday lending is legal in your state. If it's not legal, then the payday lender won't be able to come after you in order to recover any late fees or charges. You can only pay off the principal balance. If you haven't taken a payday loan from Cashnet, then you won't be liable to pay off the loan. You might ask the finance officer to show you the documents mentioning the fact that you've taken a loan. If you haven't taken the loan, then the officer won't be able to show you the documents and thus he won't be able to claim money from you.
