yesterday when I got home there was a message from this number 1-888-286-8410 and they said that it was important that I called them and they said they have charges pending against me and that I would either be served at work or at home and they had some docket number. So the woman Kimberly Smith didnt leave an extention and I called back but no one answered. I know I owe United Cash Loan some money but can they serve me over the phone and I called again this morning and left a message for them to call me at work so we can talk. Any insight helpful.

nobody can serve you over the phone,and the person who said those things broke the law with their call.btw never give a bottomfeeding illegal lender permission to call your work as they will call an ingodly number of times now.you should file a police report as again this person broke the law with their message.then file an AG complaint against united cash as since they are illegal you oly owe the principle,and anything debited prior to default gets deducted from that so try to figure out how much was debited thus far,and how much was borrowed.you might be suprised by how little you really owe.to summarize united is illegal and broke the law with their call,and file complaints against them.
