I got a letter from CS and Associates...I cannot find out anything about them or if they are even legit. It was from a payday loan back in 7/10...I have not been able to pay back at this time due to finc reasons. I have every intention to do so.

They call me at work all the time when I have asked them not to and today they sent a fax for payroll..can they even attach my pay? Every time they call & leave a message they change the offical name of CS & Assoc. The fax they sent is from a Premier Processing Group? They have no info or address to even fax or phone numbers to send back to.

How can I stop them harrassing me like this. The orignal loan amount was for $400.00 and the balance is 1640.02!

Please give me some guidence...thank you!

Shoot them an email like the one below, then give a copy of the letter to your employer, it is very important that you date the letter and give it to your employer!

The date
Your name and address
The name and address of the creditor
Your account number with the creditor

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hereby revoke your right to use any wage assignment I may or may not have signed with you. You no longer have my permission to use this wage assignment. I am also revoking your right to debit any and all of my personal accounts per the EFTA, regulation E, which is a federal law. If you fail to abide by my wishes, there will be consequences to your actions as I am sure you are aware. I have sent a copy of this to my employer and my financial institution, therefore any wage assignment or debit request or made by your company will be denied.

Sincerely,
Your signature

Premier Company aka Vince Enterprise

Yep, they are an illegal online payday lender. If you have ever applied for a loan online at any time, that is how they got your info. CLICK HERE to find out how to deal with collection agency phone calls!
