The point is, they can not sue you in our court of law unless they forgo their tribal laws, now, if they forgo their tribal laws to sue you that means they have violated the usury laws.

All that you owe them is the amount you borrowed, less any payments you have already made. In my opinion, they would meet my terms or receive nothing at all. I wouldn't negotiate with an illegal lender, all it does is encourage them to continue scamming people and break the law.

I have a defaulted loan with company as well, and have sent my ach revocation and requested that they owe me a refund. I do not get a response from them except that I have ignored their calls and they "could report me to a credit agency". I just email them the letter I sent originally and they should be courtesy and professional and respond to my email. They never do.
