Can someone tell me if these are licensed to operate in Texas?

cashcentral.com
speedycash.com
cashnetusa.com
greatskycash.com

Thank you!
TW

Cash Central dba KINSCO LLC is licensed in TX.

Cashnetusa is registered as a CSO (Credit Service Organization) in TX., which means they are not required to follow the payday loan laws and the interest they charge is legal. They will work with you if you ask them to extend your payment plan, however, due to the fact that you have 2 illegal lenders (below) you will need to close your account, so you will need their addresses where you can send payments.

Speedycash and Greatsky are NOT licensed to lend in TX., therefore, you are only required to pay them whatever you borrowed, less and payments you have already made, they are not entitled to interest & fees.

Closed my checking account today. My bank worked with me after I told them my plight. They did keep my savings account open so that I could remain a customer. I will be opening a new account this weekend and NOT getting anymore stupid PDL's! I emailed letters to all 4 PDL companies (although I did tone the template down a bit to start off) asking them to work fairly with me as I wanted to pay back what I owed. But I did make it clear that I would not pay them more than my original agreement, that the treadmill was over.
Thanks again for having a good ear; I'll keep y'all posted.
