Wrong Person

I have been called every morning for the last week by this collection agency asking for someone that is not me. I want it stopped but when I call them back it is impossible to reach anyone. I want them reported to the FDCPA. They not only have the wrong person but the wrong phone number..

You cannot report them to the FDCPA....the FDCPA is the body of law, not an organization. Next time they call, get their number and address. Send them a cease and desist letter in writing.
