garnishment

I just recieved an email from my payroll person saying that i'm going to be garnished for 120 days. I'm guessing it's because of a foreclosure back in 2009 (i divorced in the same year). How much can they they take and how long can they do it?

Obviously you were sued. Did you receive a summons? Did you go to court?
