I live in illinois, my husband hasn't worked in a almost 2 years now stable as he is a union worker in the construction field, so work for them right now is NIL. I've took a brunt of the finances on, including starting in JAN since he hasn't put in the hours at work (not because he didn't want to work but because there isnt any) I had to take insurance out at work, now an addition $200 from that comes out of my bi-weekly pay. So now I got my self into a stupid situation to which I can't seem to get out of now. I have 3 loans, Speedy, Spotya, and sagamore. I pay 55, 35, and 75 every two weeks, I can't seem to afford right now to pay any of these off so I keep paying the fees and its killing me. I'd like them to stop the finance charges and pay these off by payment plans monthly with no finance charge but not sure they will. How can I get out of this? What are my options? I don't want to close my acct, nor do I want them to call my work!! Any advice is helpful!

No one really wants to close their account, but your options are limited if these lenders are not licensed to lend in your state. And I can tell you right now that not one of your lenders are licensed to lend in your state. If you choose to leave your account opened, then you are placing yourself at risk, because these lenders are nothing more than Internet criminals and will stop at nothing to rob your blind, and worse than that, they will sell or or share your account information with other illegal lenders.
As far as stopping them from calling you at work, well, you have no control over incoming phone calls, and since they don't follow the law, there really isn't anything you can do to prevent it from happening. What you can do is be honest with your employer by letteing them know you are a victim of a scam and have no control over any phone call attempts they will make. You also need to file complaints against these companies with your attorney general and the FTC.
