Hi, I have three payday loans currently out there and two are online, one is in store and I live in Missouri. The first one took out in november for $400 and have had to pay $106 every week since for "extensions." The second loan I am currently paying off in installments of $178 every two weeks for three payments and I have already made one, and it was for a $450 loan. The last loan I have is with Quickcash and that is for $500, that I pay off every week at $600 and retake out. What can i do to stop this? I know if I got the online payday loans paid off I could payoff the in store one, but I keep getting hit for $106 every two weeks with the first one from SureAdvance, and the second one I am paying off is from CashNetUsa. Any advice?

Also I have been paying $106 every two weeks since November of last year. I called and asked the woman if they had a repayment plan and she said no. I want to be honest and pay what I owe, but I have paid double the initial balance to them already! Any ideas guys?

Thanks Shazzers! My online lenders are Cashnetusa, which I have setup an EPP with as i know they are legal, but the other one is with SureAdvance and I don't think they are legal. I saw the link to that letter and think I'm going to send it in because after "extension" payments they have taken over double what the initial balance was. I don't mind if I don't get it back, but I certainly do not want to pay any more.

As for the storefront they do have an two EPP plans available, but they are really terrible (ones a 3 payment and ones a 5, both have you paying double what you owe in principal back). So I think once I get the cashnetusa one paid off and a response on this letter I'll just payoff the storefront loan outright.

Also, does it matter if I used my old florida license even though I live in Missouri? Thanks!
