I'm in the state of VA and I have 3 payday loans that I seem to can't pay off. I notice that VA has a maximum limit of $500 however I've borrowed $800, and I resposible for paying back that whole $800. Seems like all I'm paying is interest. I also borrowed $500 on one and I've been paying $175 for two months and I still owe $525, how is this possible?
