I have been receiving calls from a collection agency and even one from a special investigator saying that I am to appear in court and to get a lawyer. When I called the number back the woman refused to give me any info regarding the court date and would not send me any paperwork on it. How am I supposed to go to court if I have not been summoned or received any notice about it. Is this a scam or should I be worried?
