I feel like I am just being shuffled from agency to agency, and that nobody really wants to address my complaints! I filed my complaints with the SC Dept of Consumer Affairs, as directed by the SC Attorney General's website. Well, after reviewing my complaint against ABCpaydayloan.com, the SC Dept of Consumer Affairs decides my complaint should not be under their jurisdiction, so they forward it to the state of Washington's AG. So today I get an email from the Washington AG that my complaint doesn't fall under their jurisdiction either, so they have forwarded my complaint to the Washington Dept of Financial Institutions!!!!!! Who will it go to next? I am getting very frustrated at the lack of concern for the consumers!!! ABC owes me a refund - I have overpaid them well above and beyond the principal balance of my original loan, and they are not licensed as an internet payday lender in the state of SC, as our law requires, so why can't anybody help me???
