PayDay Loans
Date: Wed, 03/02/2011 - 18:14
I made the mistake of taking out 3 payday loans, $300 each and one has taken $180 back already and the other two have each gotten $90 so far. I have had my bank account frozen due to the fact I realized I made a HUGELY bad choice and will continue to lose money because I can't afford to pay the massive fees AND the principle together!
The next load due date isn't even until Friday but I received a call today at my WORK of all places already, they must have found out I froze my account!
What are the exact steps I should follow???
I'd like to pay these back (at least the principle) but can't afford to do so all at once.
Thank you soooo very much for any help you can offer. I'm just not sure where to begin.
:D

You need to check out the payday loan laws of your state in order to find out whether or not payday lending is legal in your state. If payday lending is illegal in your state, then you will be liable for paying only the principal balance. You won't have to pay the extra charges and other fees. However, if they are legal in your state, then you will have to pay off the principal balance as well as the charges and the fees. You can contact the local debt relief companies and check out if they can help you with the option of payday loan consolidation.
