Cash Advance USA?

I got a call from a foreign sounding name (phone number all 0's) saying a lawsuit was filed against me on behalf of Cash Advance USA. I never heard of Cash Advance. I have gotten PDL's in the past but am sure I settled them all. How should I handle this?

well the idiot is in INDIA therefore he can't do anything he threatens.in fact they use CASH ADVANCE USA because they have no idea what pdl they got your info from.file a police report for the call.then use the number you have to file AG,AND FTC complaints.then ignore him as again in INDIA and eilther bought or stole your info and can do nothing but stupidly,and illegaly threaten.
