Getting Mad

I just got a call today from them. And I explained that for the past 9 months I have been in and out of hospitals and my doctor has had me on medical leave from work so I am not making any money at all. They asked isn't your husband supporting you and I told them no he is overseas with the military and they made comments how he should be sending me money.. I asked them to send me something in writing and they said they couldn't send me any info thru the mail about this debt that I have. And I need to make a payment asap or they will contact my family, work, and come and arrest me infront of my newborn child and take me from her. Is there something I can do about this?

The first lady called unknown and said she has a summons to have me arrested and I explained um I am in hospital right now so ... and she said well you need to call this number before you get arrested. So I called and I explained I don't have a bank account ( which is true) and they said for me to have someone go buy me a pre-paid visa card and put $150 on it and call them with the info b/c that is the smallest amount they can accept today
