I got a letter and a phone call from P. Scott Lowery, P.C* wanting to collect the full amount I owe to CitiBank.
I've done research on P. Scott Lowery, P.C* online and actually came across this website today. I've heard so many complaints and issues dealing with them. I wanted to know how can I go about this? Do I have to pay them or could I contact CitiBank and pay through them? I guess what I'm asking is how can I go about this without getting screwed from these crooks?

You should contact P. Scott Lowery, P.C and ask them to validate the debt by sending them a debt validation letter. If they cannot validate the debt, then you won't be liable to pay them. You can contact Citibank directly and settle the debts with them.
