Need to know states where wage garnishment for the enforcement of judgment is not allowed. Please answer

The states where wage garnishment is not allowed are - North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas.

Florida is a semi non garnishment state....head of household cannot be garnished.

also in New Hampshire, wage garnishment is not the most common method for enforcing judgment.

Keep in mind, even in non-garnishment states, your bank account can still be levied.
