Has anyone ever heard of Payday Solutions? I know they have to be a bottom feeding collector, but I am unable to locate any information to send them a cease and desist letter. They never tell you what account they have, only threaten to show up with a summons for court for fraud. Tom Crawford keeps calling and harassing. Phone number he gives is 877-833-7445. Really want to send him a request to validate as well as cease and desist. These loans were actually prohibited in my state, but I need to stop these very loathsome and annoying calls. Can anyone please help with further information on this?

I wouldn't even worry about it. Stop talking to them. File a complaint using their phone number with your state's AG and the FTC as well as a police report. Then just ignore their calls. They'll stop calling eventually but the more you talk to them, the more they'll keep trying to scare you into giving them money.

They have been calling me to. I live in Massachusetts and they said they hired a process server in my town to serve me with a court summons. then the guy they hired called and left me a message saying he was going to come to my work and serve me the court papers. the funny thing is this guy they hired had a southern accent and flames he was a Ma. resident. lol.. they are a bunch of crooks. what they are doing is illegal. definitely file a complaint with the FTC.

These folks (Payday Solutions) are callng from 1-855-815-5501 number or any other toll-free number to get you. Yes, they are saying they are a legal department and are giving out your personal information that they acquired from computer or anywhere it flourished to them. It is illegal for them to do this, and you can choose to answer and tell them not to call again, or get an Attorney to look into this for you. But by all means, you do not have to be harrassed by anyone by choice. Hope this helps! :)

He called me too. He must be a loser. Didn't even have our name right. Just call them back and tell them to take your number off the calling list now. Be firm with them and they will leave you alone if you haven't done anything wrong. If you right bad checks or can't pay your debt then you are in trouble.
